Gutter Helmet uses surface tension. Rainwater follows the curved cover into your gutter, while leaves and other debris slide off the edge and fall to the ground.
You’ve seen surface tension at work if you’ve ever held a glass under a running faucet: the water wraps around the curve of the glass instead of falling straight off. Gutter Helmet’s curved cover works the same way. Rain running down your roof follows the curve into the gutter. Every installation starts with a full gutter cleaning and inspection. We tighten or add hangers, repitch gutters and reseal seams wherever needed, before your Gutter Helmet covers go on. You don’t need to clean your gutters before we come.

We clean out and inspect all of your gutters. A full gutter cleaning is part of every installation.
We fix what needs fixing. Wherever needed, we tighten or add hangers, repitch gutters and reseal seams before the covers go on.
We install your Gutter Helmet covers. Our local team installs Gutter Helmet over your gutters.
Do my gutters need to be replaced? No. Your gutters don’t need to be replaced to install Gutter Helmet. If you do need new gutters, we install gutters and downspouts too.
On installation day, you’ll be greeted by the installation crew’s team leader, who will review the job and then get the installation under way, exactly as specified. When the work is finished, the team leader will invite you to walk the project and review the finished job. Most homes can be completed in one day.
